Suwon Hwaseong Festival (수원화성문화제)
Held around Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Suwon, this festival honors King Jeongjo of the Joseon dynasty. The centerpiece of the event is a large-scale reenactment of the historic royal procession alongside traditional performances. Visitors can also enjoy special nighttime access to explore the illuminated fortress grounds.
