The 31st Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) opens on Tuesday, October 6, across major venues in Busan, including the Busan Cinema Center in Centum City. The festival enters its second year as a full competitive festival after earning official A-list certification from the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF).
